What is Acid-Base Titration of Oxalic Acid about?
This experiment involves a titration of oxalic acid with sodium hydroxide. Oxalic acid solution was made by dissolving 1.55-1.60g of solid oxalic acid in 250cm3 of water. Two 25.0cm3 portions of the oxalic acid solution were pipetted into flasks with phenolphthalein indicator. Sodium hydroxide solution was added from a burette until the solution changed color, indicating the endpoint of the titration. The titration results were recorded.
