K-5701 is a low molecular weight polyvinyl chloride (PVC) homopolymer suspension resin produced via a suspension process. It has a K-value of 57 ± 1, particle sizes below 10% for < 63 μm and 5% for > 250 μm, a bulk density of 0.50 ± 0.05 g/ml, dark resin content below 25 per 100 grams, and maximum heat loss of 0.3%. K-5701 is suitable for applications such as PVC pipe fittings, rigid injection molded products, and calendered sheet and film. It is packaged in 1 MT jumbo woven sacks with inner liners.
