This study investigates the mechanical and wear properties of polypropylene/nano-hydroxyapatite (HA) nanocomposites prepared with varying HA percentages (1%, 2%, and 3%) using a twin-screw extruder. Results indicate that tensile strength and elongation at break improved at 2% HA, while wear rate and coefficient of friction decreased with increased HA content. The findings suggest that the incorporation of nano-HA enhances the mechanical properties and thermal stability of polypropylene, making it suitable f
