This document shows key performance indicator (KPI) metrics for network accessibility, quality, and network quality index for several periods between December 2013 and June 2013. Accessibility was nearly 100% for all periods except June 2013 which was 99.03%. Network quality ranged from 70.8% to 82.83% with an improving trend over time. The network quality index similarly increased over time, with the highest value of 53.22 for December 2013.
