What is Good Corporate Governance & Firm Value about?

This study examines the influence of corporate governance and sustainability reporting on firm value for publicly listed companies in Indonesia from 2014-2015. The results of the regression analysis show that sustainability reporting has a significant positive influence on firm value, but good corporate governance and the interaction between governance and reporting do not significantly impact firm value. The study provides evidence that sustainability reporting contributes to shareholder value creation.
