What is Bailor about?

1) Extraordinary expenses for preserving a loaned item are borne by the bailor if the bailee informs them first, unless urgent. Expenses from using the item are split 50-50 between bailor and bailee unless agreed otherwise. 2) The bailor cannot avoid paying expenses or damages by abandoning the loaned item, as the costs may exceed its value. 3) A bailor who knows of hidden flaws in a loaned item but fails to inform the bailee is liable for any damages caused to the bailee.
