sCD26/DPP-IV in Type 2 Diabetes Study by sameersalem7072 is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study investigates serum levels of soluble CD26/Dipeptidyl Peptidase-IV (sCD26/DPP-IV) in Malaysian patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and its association with metabolic syndrome (MetS) and antidiabetic therapy. Results indicate that sCD26/DPP-IV levels are significantly higher in T2DM patients compared to normal subjects, while active GLP-1 levels are lower in T2DM patients. Additionally, sCD26/DPP-IV levels correlate with A1c levels and are negatively associated with active GLP-1 levels, w
