What is Pulp Sensibility Recovery Post Cyst Surgery about?

This case report describes the recovery of pulp sensibility in teeth included in a large radicular cyst after surgical treatment without elective endodontic treatment. After cyst enucleation, the sensibility of the included teeth was initially negative but recovered after 1 year and was maintained over a 4.5 year follow-up. The report suggests elective endodontic treatment of included teeth should be avoided and more research is needed on managing these teeth.
