What is Canada Reclaims Garbage from Philippines about?

1) Tons of Canadian garbage that had been left in the Philippines for years arrived back in Canada, ending a long diplomatic dispute. 2) The trash was shipped in 69 containers to a port in Vancouver where it will be incinerated at a waste-to-energy facility. 3) The conflict began in 2013 when a Canadian company mislabeled containers of garbage shipped to the Philippines as recyclable plastics, but they actually contained mixed waste and household trash banned by Philippine law.
