This document provides information about a workshop on Mawangdui Daoyin Shu qigong movements taught by Wei Shen Ming on July 17th, 2016 from 2-7pm at the Tian Cheng Culture Centre. The Mawangdui Daoyin Shu movements are based on those found in ancient silk paintings excavated from Han Dynasty tombs in Hunan Province. The workshop will provide full instruction and learning tips for each movement as well as information on the health benefits of the form.
