This study investigates posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) among survivors of Japanese military sexual slavery during World War II. Out of 26 evaluated victims, 30.8% were diagnosed with PTSD, and all had experienced PTSD symptoms at some point in their lives, which were compounded by depression and anger issues. The findings highlight the ongoing psychological and physical trauma faced by these survivors.
