Abstract: The present research evaluated the antiasthmatic properties of two different extracts of LepidiumSativum (LS) seeds: ethyl acetate (LS-EA) and methanol (LS-ME). The research followed the OECD guidelines for Toxicity to ensure safety.The results showed that LS-EA and LS-ME extracts, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL, exhibited significant inhibition against the contraction of methacholine, with 69.12% and 57.76% inhibition, respectively.
