This study examined the relationship between deviated nasal septum and middle ear pressure in patients undergoing septoplasty. The study included 61 ears in patients that had a negative middle ear pressure preoperatively. Six weeks after septoplasty, a decrease in the negativity of middle ear pressure was observed in 27 ears (44.3%).
