This document analyzes the probabilistic seismic hazard of the Wadaslintang Dam in Indonesia. It uses the Probabilistic Seismic Hazard Analysis (PSHA) method with R-Crisis 2018 software. The PSHA results show peak ground acceleration values at the dam site of 0.22g, 0.35g and 0.52g for return periods of 500, 2,500 and 10,000 years respectively. Disaggregation analysis found the magnitudes and distances most influencing the site were 6.87-7.13Mw and 0-33km. The 1980 Irpinia earthquake in Italy was identified
