Zomato aims to achieve 100% electric vehicle (EV) food deliveries by 2030 and Net Zero emissions across its food ordering and delivery value chain by 2033. The company is addressing barriers to EV adoption among delivery partners through awareness campaigns, partnerships for EV rentals and financing, and support for EV ownership. As of January 2025, Zomato had over 51,000 active EV delivery partners, resulting in a 9.4% reduction in last-mile delivery emissions per km compared to FY22.
