About this document
EPPGE for Sensitive Hydrocortisone Detection by mareksafronov is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study presents the first use of edge-plane pyrolytic graphite electrodes (EPPGE) for the sensitive detection of hydrocortisone (HC) using cyclic and square-wave voltammetry. The EPPGE demonstrated superior sensitivity and lower detection limits compared to basal-plane pyrolytic graphite electrodes (BPPGE), achieving a sensitivity of 45 nA nM−1 and a detection limit of 88 nM. The method effectively analyzed HC in pharmaceuticals and human plasma without interference from major metabolites.
