What is Multicrete Raise Robot Overview about?
The Multicrete Raise Robot is a remotely controlled robotic assembly used for spraying shotcrete in shafts and raises of underground excavations. It is lowered into raises between 1.5 to 10 meters in diameter via an incremental winching system. During descent, it washes and videotapes the interior surfaces. On the return, it sprays shotcrete in a single uniform pass using a rotating spray head. All equipment can be compacted and shipped in a 20-foot shipping container.
