This study assessed the utilization of evidence-based practice (EBP) among nurses in public hospitals in West Shoa zone, Ethiopia, revealing that 52.4% had good EBP utilization. Factors associated with better EBP utilization included hospital level, administrative position, education level, knowledge about EBP, availability of time, and supportive colleagues. The findings suggest a need for strategies to enhance EBP in nursing to improve patient care quality.
