What is ADGM about?

The Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) established new regulations requiring Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to employ Company Service Providers (CSPs), unless exempt. The regulations aim to develop strong governance for SPVs and make dealings with the ADGM Registrar easier.
