What is Wine and Food Pairing Dinner Menu about?

A 3-course wine and food pairing evening will take place on Monday April 14th and Tuesday April 15th, 2014. For £38, guests will receive an aperitif on arrival along with 2 matching wines for each of the 3 courses - a starter, main course, and dessert. The starter will feature local scallops and black pudding. The main course is a spinach and garlic stuffed lamb saddle. Dessert is a rhubarb panna cotta.
