This case report describes a rare case of squamous cell carcinoma of the endometrium arising in extensive icthyosis uteri in a 69-year-old woman presenting with vaginal bleeding. Biopsy of the endometrium after dilation and curettage revealed strips of stratified squamous epithelium with high grade dysplasia. A radical hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy was performed.
