This study evaluated the effectiveness and safety of removing uterine fibroids (leiomyomas) through the vagina using screw traction. Ten women underwent this transvaginal myomectomy procedure for symptomatic fibroids between 5-8 cm. The procedure was successfully completed vaginally in all patients, with an average operating time of 71 minutes and blood loss of 385 ml.
