Conservation Volunteers is a non-profit conservation organization established in 1982 that manages volunteer conservation projects across Australia. On April 15, 2011, Gap Adventures staff volunteered at La Trobe Wildlife Sanctuary, removing invasive weeds from 200 square meters and over 200 tree guards, which will help native animals inhabit Gresswell Forest by controlling weeds. Colin Jackson, the Chief Executive Officer, thanked Gap Adventures and hopes to work together again in the future.
