DeepAPI is a deep learning approach designed to generate API usage sequences from natural language queries, addressing the limitations of existing methods that treat queries and APIs as bags-of-words. By utilizing an RNN Encoder-Decoder model, DeepAPI learns the semantics of queries and the sequence of associated APIs, resulting in improved accuracy in generating relevant API sequences. Empirical evaluations demonstrate that DeepAPI outperforms traditional API search methods, achieving a BLEU score of 54.42
