What is Game on Boys! The Play Station Play-Offs: A Hilarious Adventure for Children 9-12 With Illustrations about?

How can school be cool? Just ask Ryan James. He has it all worked out. He has even trained the teacher with the crazy name to let the students play computer games all day every day. Well maybe not all day and maybe not exactly everyday, but there’s a good chunk of it thrown in amongst the boring educational stuff. And if they don’t like computer games, they get to eat chocolate bars instead. Sounds like a bad education right? Wrong! All the kids in Ryan’s class are getting the best marks and they are the best behaved kids in the whole of fifth grade. When the teacher introduces a Play Station competition at school with new release Play station games to win, the whole school goes into frenzy mode as they battle their way to claiming the major prizes. Life couldn’t be more awesome for Ryan, one of the best gamers in fifth grade, until his annoying big sister Loom band Lisa steps in to ruin what promises to be the most exciting event of his massive ten years of life. With heaps of humour and lots of funny illustrations this book is sure to drag the kids away from their consoles and televisions for awhile.
