The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit granted an unopposed motion by Hawaii Family Forum to further stay appellate proceedings in three cases (Nos. 12-16995, 12-16998, 12-17668) regarding same-sex marriage in Hawaii until the Supreme Court issues decisions in two same-sex marriage cases (Hollingsworth v. Perry and United States v. Windsor) on July 18, 2013. If no further motion is filed, the stay will expire on that date and opening briefs will be due August 19, 2013.
