Can I read Overview of Oxidative Phosphorylation on EtoBox?

Overview of Oxidative Phosphorylation by AISYAH NABILAH BINTI RAMLAN / UPM is a document available to read on EtoBox.

What is Overview of Oxidative Phosphorylation about?

1) Oxidative phosphorylation is the process cells use to generate ATP from glucose and oxygen. It consists of the electron transport chain and chemiosmosis. 2) In the electron transport chain, electrons are passed between molecules, pumping hydrogen ions across the inner mitochondrial membrane and building an electrochemical gradient. 3) Chemiosmosis uses the potential energy from this gradient to synthesize ATP via ATP synthase as hydrogen ions flow back through.
