What is Sonographic Detection of Medial Talus Body Fracture: A Case Report about?
Results: Two-way ANOVA revealed that tendon compliance was significantly affected by the presence of anterior knee pain, instead of leg dominance. Subjects with lower tendon strain values (optimal cutoff value of 12.1%) were subject to higher risk of anterior knee pain (76.9% sensitivity and 86.7% specificity). ## Conclusion: The ultrasonography-assisted in vivo tendon strain measurement was able to discriminate athletes with and without anterior knee pain with good sensitivity and specificity. The capability of this technique might also help in determining the efficacy of interventions with longitudinal evaluations.
