This study identifies potential inhibitors of the NS4B protein of dengue virus type 2 (DENV2) using in silico methods, focusing on natural compounds. Two compounds, D155 from Valeriana hardwickii and D170 from Glinus oppositifolius, showed promising binding affinities and stable interactions with the NS4B protein during molecular dynamics simulations. Further experimental studies are needed to validate their efficacy as DENV2 NS4B inhibitors.
