This study presents an adapted ecosystem model for inclusive early childhood education (ECE) based on a qualitative analysis of 32 preschools across 28 European countries. The research identifies 25 subthemes related to quality inclusive ECE, organized within a framework that integrates structural, process, and outcome factors at both micro and macro levels. The findings aim to support practitioners and policymakers in enhancing inclusive education practices for children vulnerable to exclusion.
