This study investigates the impact of social networking activity on sleep quality among young adults in nursing colleges in Malappuram district. Using a quantitative correlational approach, data from 100 nursing students revealed moderate social networking activity and poor sleep quality, with no significant correlation found between the two. The findings led to the development of an information pamphlet addressing the negative health effects of social networking.
