The High Court of Andhra Pradesh has issued a notification regarding the functioning of Subordinate Courts due to a rapid increase in COVID-19 cases, effective from April 22, 2021. Judges are required to maintain COVID protocols, witness actions and trial proceedings are deferred, and judges may operate from court or their residences. All staff must adhere to COVID protocols as well.
