This study investigates the impact of perfectionism on learning motivation among undergraduate nursing students, focusing on the mediating roles of self-efficacy and psychological resilience. A survey of 1366 nursing students revealed that both adaptive and maladaptive perfectionism influence learning motivation directly and indirectly through self-efficacy and psychological resilience. The findings provide theoretical support for enhancing learning motivation in nursing education.
