Skripsi ini membahas pengaruh service excellence oleh customer service terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank Jabar Banten Syariah KCP Ciputat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel 74 responden. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa service excellence berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah sebesar 35,4%.
