The sanding table activity was held at Van Lith Senior High School on April 15th, 2011 by OSVALI. They reported that 97% of desks were covered in scratches of varying severity. Students in grades 10 and 11 sanded the desks to remove scratches under the supervision of OSVALI members and teachers. Students used coarse, medium, and fine sandpaper depending on scratch severity.
