About this document

Abnormal DMN Connectivity in Early-Onset Schizophrenia by ngpg2023 is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This study investigates abnormal functional connectivity (FC) in the default mode network (DMN) of first-episode drug-naive early-onset schizophrenia (EOS) patients compared to healthy controls. Results indicate decreased FC between the medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) and other brain regions, while the posterior cingulate cortex (PCC) showed both enhanced and weakened connectivity, correlated with clinical symptoms. These findings suggest that DMN connectivity abnormalities may play a role in the pathogenes
