What is Expanded Fear Conditions in Pathfinder about?

The Expanded Fear system introduces three conditions: Shaken, Frightened, and Panicked, each with escalating penalties as a creature loses control due to fear. A Shaken creature suffers a -2 penalty to various checks, while a Frightened creature has disadvantage on checks and cannot move closer to the source of fear without a successful saving throw. A Panicked creature must flee from the source of fear and can only attempt to end the condition if it loses line of sight to the source.
