A 44-year-old male patient presented with spontaneous bleeding from the gums for 1 month. On examination, he exhibited extreme pallor, ecchymotic patches on the skin, and multiple hematomas in the oral cavity. Laboratory tests revealed pancytopenia (low red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets). A diagnosis of aplastic anemia was made based on bone marrow hypocellularity.
