This memorandum of agreement is between Eco Electromechanical and Telecommunications Corporation and WCC Trucking Services to provide hauling and loading services of nickel ore. WCC will lease dump trucks to Eco to haul 7 trips per day, 22 days per month, for a distance of 6.5 km to transport a minimum of 14 cubic meters of ore per trip. The initial contract term is one mining year, renewable for up to 3 additional mining years. Eco will pay WCC PHP 160,000 per month for each dump truck. Both parties agree
