What is CloudNets: Tool for Urban Design about?

This document discusses the development of a computational tool called CloudNets that allows users to model and investigate emergent phenomena in urbanism and architectural form. It provides background on how cities and the relationships between their constituent parts can be modeled as complex systems and self-organizing networks. The tool aims to give designers methods to explore these emergent processes and their effects on spatial configurations and patterns. The paper then describes some of the design
