The process was scaled up successfully, achieving a 5.95% oleoresin yield with 96.15% purity and 2.71% volatile oil yield with 95.94% purity. The findings highlight the advantages of supercritical CO2 extraction over traditional methods, particularly in preserving temperature-sensitive compounds.
