This document presents a study on the dimensionality of an ethics scale pertaining to tax evasion. The study analyzed data from a survey of over 1,100 individuals across six countries on their perceptions of 18 items related to tax evasion ethics. The findings suggest that tax evasion has three overall perceptual dimensions: 1) fairness related to use of tax money, 2) views of the tax system and rates/use of money, and 3) discrimination regarding avoidance under certain conditions.
