What is Utilization of Unused Materials in RD Stores about?

The Chief Engineer of the Rural Development Department in Tripura has issued a directive regarding the utilization of long-unutilized materials in Divisional and Block stores. All Superintending Engineers, Executive Engineers, and Block Development Officers are instructed to prepare projects that incorporate these materials to avoid audit objections and reduce dead stock. A list of unutilized materials is provided, and reports on their consumption are to be submitted fortnightly.
