This study investigated the relationship between periodontal parameters (plaque, gingivitis, probing depth, bleeding) and cervical root resorption in teeth undergoing orthodontic movement. 29 premolars in 16 subjects were buccally tipped for 8 weeks using orthodontic forces, while 18 contralateral premolars served as untreated controls.
