Jayanta Kumar Kundu inspected the MDN-ADA section of the South Eastern Railway on September 9th, 2022 using a push trolley. Several deficiencies were noticed during the inspection, including crushed check rails and crushed rubber pads at multiple points and crossings that needed replacement, loose screws at a SEJ, and damaged sleepers at various locations that required replacement.
