CS416 Compiler Design is a course taught by Dr. Ilyas Cicekli at Bilkent University. The course covers the design of compilers, which translate programs written in a source language into an equivalent target language. A compiler consists of several components, including a lexical analyzer, syntax analyzer, semantic analyzer, intermediate code generator, code optimizer, and code generator. Each component transforms the program representation at different stages of compilation.
