About this document
Deuteration Effects on Conducting Polymers by Jacek Jakowski is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study investigates the isotopic effects of deuteration on the optoelectronic properties of regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene)s (P3HT) through a combination of synthesis, measurements, and simulations. The results show that main-chain deuteration significantly reduces the short-circuit current and power conversion efficiency in P3HT/PCBM photovoltaics due to changes in film crystallinity and morphology, while side-chain deuteration affects electronic coupling and open circuit voltage. Overall, the find
