This document presents an ESTRO-ACROP consensus guideline on the implementation and practice of stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for peripherally located early stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The guideline is based on a questionnaire completed by 11 faculty members from 8 institutions. There was agreement by over 50% of institutions on 72% of questionnaire items. The guideline provides recommendations on patient selection, staging, required and optional equipment, quality assurance procedures
