What is Temperature Effects on Sugarcane Pyrolysis about?

This document discusses a study that investigated the effect of temperature on the quality and yields of bio-oil, bio-char, and gas produced from pyrolysis of sugarcane bagasse. The study found that temperature significantly influenced the pyrolysis products. Bio-oil yield was highest (56.6% wt) at 500°C while bio-char yield was highest (53.5% wt) at 300°C. Bio-char carbon content increased from 15.25% to 19.31% from 300°C to 500°C then decreased to 19.18% at 600°C. The bio-oils contained lignin derivatives
