What is 195. Predicting Patients With Dementia Most at Risk of Needing Psychiatric Inpatient or Enhanced Community Care Using Routinely Collected Clinical Data about?
with FAAH inhibitor, PF-3845. We then used the BDNFMet/ MetFAAHA/A double knock-in mice to see the possible synergistic effects of the two SNPs. Two or three-way ANOVAs were used for statistical analyses. Results: Unlike WT littermate controls (n1⁄410) that generalized fear responses to the strong shock condition, FAAH C385A mice (n1⁄411) showed increased fear discrimination after strong shock (p<0.001) with improved cued fear extinction (p<0.001). WT mice injected with PF-3845 (n1⁄410) showed enhanced fear discrimination and extinction compared to controls (n1⁄49, p<0.001). We then showed that BDNFMet/MetFAAHA/A double knock-in mice showed a diminished anxiety-related phenotype compared to BDNFMet/Met mice (n1⁄417 per group, p<0.01).Conclusions: Overall, we demonstrate the interplay of the endocannabinoid and neurotrophic system in fear generalization and anxiety-like behaviors in mice, with potential implications for refined treatment of mood and anxiety-based disorders.
